All items are handmade and prone to faults, tiny bubbles, etc.

I do not sell any items that have poor quality due to these natural occurring faults, or items with faults very obvious to the eye.

Items may look slightly different in person from the photo listing.

The pendant itself should not break with gentle wearing, all resin pendants are waterproof but not recommended to stay submerged in water for long periods of times.

It is not recommended to do vigorous activities, sleep, or shower with your jewelry on.

You can gently wash the pendant in cool water and soft hand soap if/when it needs to be cleaned.

~Damaged on Delivery Policy~

If your item arrived to you damaged, contact me with 24 hours of it being delivered with photos and I can try and help/accommodate you to the best of my ability!

~One month Repair Policy~

If your necklace chain breaks please contact me and I am willing to send you a free chain as a replacement, if you are local to the Davis/Woodland CA area I can make arrangements for replair!
